Projects

OneTrack supports multiple projects as default. Allowing you to easily switch to another project and only see what is relevant. There is no limit on how many projects you can setup.

Adding a Project

From the main OneTrack window:

  1. Click on “Settings”.
  2. Click on “Projects”.
  3. Click the “+” button to add a new project.
  4. Enter your desired Project Title and enter a description about the purpose of the project.
  5. Click the Add button.
Your project is now ready to go. By default no milestones are setup and all new issues will be added to the “None” milestone. Click here to see more about milestones.

Switching to a Project

From the main OneTrack window:

  1. Click on “Switch”
  2. Choose the project you wish to work on from the drop down menu.
  3. Click the “OK” button.
You have now switched to the project. You’ll now only see issues/milestones related to the project.

Editing a Project

Should the name or goals of your project change you can easily update them. From the main OneTrack window:



  1. Click on “Settings”.
  2. Click on “Projects”.
  3. Select the project you wish to edit from the drop down menu.
  4. Click on “Edit”.
  5. Make your changes and then click the “Save” button.
Your project details have now been updated.

Deleting a Project

Warning – Deleting a project will make all the issues and milestones within the project inaccessible. From the main OneTrack window:
  1. Click on “Settings”.
  2. Click on “Projects”.
  3. Select the project you wish to delete from the drop down menu.
  4. Click on the “-” button.
  5. Confirm once more you wish to delete the project by clicking the “Delete” button.
The project is now deleted.
